I am a chocolatier/pastry chef. Attended culinary school in Houston, TX were I had lived for the past 33 yrs. I have recently relocated back to Ohio. Love to continue doing some chocolates and pastries at the farmers market. I like to use chocolates that are Fair Trade and higher percentage cocoa.I also love teaching people about different chocolates from other countries and talking about the history of chocolate and new trends. Ingredients used are nuts, seeds, dried fruits and fruit purees for my chocolate fillings.
